Outlook noise: Black Diamond reconciliation and document notices (4), Box Sign approval requests (2), the firm's own automated digests and briefs (4), FMG campaign notices (2), Reclaim weekly report, Principal and My RIA Lawyer marketing (2), Link transaction summary, AppRiver quarantine report, plus five Options Report sends from JT's own automation. Teams noise: two empty system messages in JT's own notes-to-self chat (ignored by configuration) and a one-line "OK thanks JT!" from Mike Knoebel with no substance.
Records written
- Derek's three-part ask — Zakir fee reconstruction, a portal Tax Center, and the Supabase invite — Derek Eichenwald — Derek sent one structured message at 8:12 AM ranking three items himself, with the Zakir fee reconstruction first and four numbered questions attached to it.
- JT delivers the Zakir fee reconstruction; Brandon confirms the agreements hold — Derek Eichenwald, Brandon Drespling — the answer built through the day, checked with Brandon first, delivered to the group chat at 2:41 PM and forwarded to Jamar and into the Derek 1:1.
- CDB Consulting August invoice for the Zoom Phone Cutover, plus training links and an end-user guide to distribute — Chad Burnham, Derek Eichenwald — invoice to Derek, and a same-day request to JT to distribute the Zoom end-user guide firm-wide.
Profiles touched
- Derek Eichenwald: Snapshot rewritten; the Zakir reconstruction and Tax Center added as asks; the Supabase ask restated as a fourth request across two days; the old Ascent-credit ask marked done; new bullets under Focused on, Concerns, Doable, How to work with them, Crossover, Decisions log; three Meeting log rows.
- Brandon Drespling: Snapshot rewritten (back from sick leave, working the Zakir matter); his agreement-history ask logged and closed same day; new bullets under Focused on, Doable, How to work with them, Crossover, Decisions log; Meeting log row; Last meeting field set for the first time.
- Rob and Raya Zakir: Snapshot fee-history bullet replaced with the reconstructed timeline and figures, resolving the open decant-date and post-decant-rate uncertainty; Brandon's MAP-language read added; the outstanding CCO contact noted; Crossover and two Meeting log rows.
- Chad Burnham: profile created.

Needs JT
- A Zoom meeting on 2026-09-04 at 09:30 has no transcript. The Box folder
2026-09-04 09.30.39(id 415045266763) contains onlymeeting_saved_new_chat.txt— no recording, no.transcript.vtt. The chat file shows Derek added Read.ai to the meeting and Rheece Hilliard was present ("One second having some trouble hearing you both"), so it was a Derek/Rheece call with at least three participants. No Read.ai report email arrived for it either. Nothing was logged from it. The Box folder id has deliberately been left out ofseenso a later transcript upload is still caught. - The Supabase invite is now four asks across two days and still open. Derek raised it again at 8:12 AM on 2026-09-04, confirming his account exists and only the organization invitation expired. The blocker is removing Tim Gelling's user from the seat. It is the smallest of his three items and the only one with no real dependency.
- Brandon has not made the Zakir credit call, and has not contacted the clients. Derek promised the Zakirs in writing that the CCO would reach out. On 2026-09-04 Brandon considered calling and then chose to wait for Derek's response. Both are due before the 2026-09-11 package.
- Derek has not acknowledged the delivered analysis. It went to him at 2:41 PM in the group chat and again at 2:44 PM in the 1:1, and he was silent for the rest of the window. The route decision is his and it gates the 2026-09-11 package.
- The Tax Center overlaps the open second-tool commitment. Derek asked on 2026-09-03 for one more portal tool in front of advisors within about a week, and on 2026-09-04 proposed a Tax Center. Decide whether one satisfies the other before scoping either.
- Chad Burnham's "Could do today?" was not answered. JT replied "Thanks Chad!" without addressing the same-day distribution of the Zoom end-user guide, and the holiday weekend follows. Chad is back on site Tuesday 2026-09-08.
Errors
- Microsoft Graph rate-limited the Teams search repeatedly (HTTP 429). The scan was retried until it completed cleanly at 49 of 50 chats; one chat failed to scan on every attempt and its identity is not reported by the connector, so a thread in that chat could have been missed. All 63 messages the successful scans returned were retrieved and classified.
