[9:03 AM] Brandon Drespling: Let me get an updated one when you get a chance
[9:04 AM] Jeffrey Thomas: remind me again which one of Starkey's accounts at Fidelity or in the TAMP. Or is it all of them?
[9:05 AM] Brandon Drespling: I think all of them
[9:06 AM] Brandon Drespling: The two tiny ones mightnot be
[9:06 AM] Brandon Drespling: but the rest are
[9:09 AM] Jeffrey Thomas: do you still want me to add those in there? I'm going to send you over the report for now but if you still want them in there, I'll throw them in there for tomorrow or something
[9:10 AM] Brandon Drespling: tomorrow is fine for those
[9:13 AM] Jeffrey Thomas: if he only has two really small accounts that are not in the TAMP, it would be more efficient to just add them in as TAMP accounts. I'm trying to figure out how to map that over and have to do it by lookup. It'd be ideal just to pull from his g-code number but it will pull all of them. Is that cool or do you want me to figure out something else? I can figure it out building another lookup table or something but just ads more things that can break if its not a big deal

[9:48 AM] Brandon Drespling: iRebal settings are so messed up that I can't even use it at this point. Going to call iRebal department today and see what they can figure out.
[9:55 AM] Jeffrey Thomas: So I'm looking at trying to get this all wired up for Stark, his accounts. What I'm going to actually do for his, I'm not going to pull it off of the actual rep code. I'm going to pull it off of the TTAMP field in Black Diamond but just for Fidelity I'm going to leave Schwab driven off the rep code. This way we can just flag it in Black Diamond to trigger his accounts. There are four accounts in Black Diamond right now that are flagged for Fidelity; however I just ran across another issue that we need to decide on.

On the current fiduciary tab there's the allocation, like what models they're in. I don't see anywhere in Fidelity. I didn't expect you'd create a model just for those, and don't see them in the model section. I don't see anything looking under the account tabs either unless you have the models/sleeves written down or something? I don't know how you are tracking those. I could do is just leave that blank for now for his Fidelity accounts or we could probably create a custom field in Fidelity at the account level and just type the name in there. Doesn't matter to me either way; same for me. Just let me know whatever you want to do.
[9:56 AM] Brandon Drespling: There will be so few at Fidelity (at least for now) that I would just do those 4 manually.
[9:56 AM] Brandon Drespling: I basically looked at the MAP and saw which model they were in, and allocated using a spreadsheet. They don't have iRebal...so had to just do it old school.
[9:56 AM] Jeffrey Thomas: Well I can't even do that I dont know what the model/sleeve to put in would be?
[9:57 AM] Brandon Drespling: Just look at the TTAMP MAP for those 4 accounts.
[9:57 AM] Jeffrey Thomas: perfect. That works. Ill just leave that blank as long as you know the model
[9:57 AM] Brandon Drespling: All that we can do
[10:00 AM] Jeffrey Thomas: yup that works.
[11:34 AM] Jeffrey Thomas: How'd you play yesterday? You let Cookie beat up on you a little bit?
[12:00 PM] Brandon Drespling: Terrible...
[12:01 PM] Brandon Drespling: Been off for a while. Can't figure it out.
[12:30 PM] Jeffrey Thomas: That's no good man
[12:31 PM] Jeffrey Thomas: I ran a fresh one while I was adding Starks Fidelity accounts. Pulled Maps/Agreements, put in the model allocations (4 accounts). All tooled up.

I added a Custodian column to the TTAMP tab to help distinguish, so you can search for Fidelity to find them quicker.

I forgot until I pulled up the repo today, but I was playing around with the RMD Schwab download report a while back and never pushed the update. So I updated it with this round. If its not helpful/noisy let me know and ill axe it. Its at the end column grouped, shows Remaining Required RMD (Yearly), Current Year Totals, etcetera.

[3:08 PM] Brandon Drespling: Try again with the states in about an hour?
[3:10 PM] Jeffrey Thomas: I have to bounce out right before 4 today unfortunately. Wanna try now or you wrapped up with market close?
[3:10 PM] Brandon Drespling: Can't right now. Just got into the office after being out all morning.
[3:11 PM] Jeffrey Thomas: Manana?
[4:51 PM] Brandon Drespling: yup that works
