[12:11 PM] Jeffrey Thomas: I might actually leave myself on the report, the more I was thinking about it. I'm scared to break anything if I remove myself at this point, but I can add Hannah anyhow because I wasn't doing anything with them, so she can update them. Just let her know that I didn't update any of those that came in, if you want to forward her the ones the past few days.

[1:58 PM] Ryan Cook: Awesome...I just saw your email.  Is there any other info that we can add to the form to fill MORE of the compliance part for us to do less work?  Let clients fill out?
[3:09 PM] Jeffrey Thomas: No that compliance form does the trick man so those forms will be sufficient as far as the annual client review, checking the box on that is concerned.  The tricky part is we need to try to get something in for technically every client documenting an annual client review to satisfy the compliance manual.

The idea with the Smart Sheets was that instead of having to fill out a long form, you can bang through 20 of those things in a couple of minutes.... talked to the client two months ago....etcetera... That's the idea but we can only do the best we can. Give me a call tomorrow if you free and we can chat quick on it?
