What this is: chat messages as read through the Microsoft 365 connector, HTML stripped to text, in order sent. Times are ET. File attachments are shown in brackets by name; the connector returns no file content. One custodian master account number and the digits of a rep code have been withheld in brackets under the tree's rule against custodian identifiers; nothing else was changed.

[10:28 AM] Brandon Drespling: For Dan's Canvas accounts (Master Account [withheld]), most of these accounts were already open at Schwab with a fee schedule, before he converted them to Canvas accounts.  When he converted them to Canvas accounts, in many instances he changed the TCM fee as well.  The accounts were already in the system so they didn't show up as "accounts without a fee schedule".  Longer story short, I think a few of the fees that are currently listed in Black Diamond may be incorrect.  Can you populate column G with the current fee that's in Black Diamond.  Most of his have a tiered fee so I'm not sure if you're able to pull the breakdown of it, or just the blended?  I've started to fill out the information in column H.

[10:50 AM] Brandon Drespling: You could use column J of this sheet.  All of the flat rate names can just be converted.  Then whatever is left over I can just look in the Fee schedules in black diamond and populate....will probably take 10 minutes
