### AI & Workflow Discussion
- Discussion centered on streamlining the **client prep workflow** currently using Perplexity — a shared account with Jamar and Reese that requires uploading documents and re-prompting each time with the Box folder link [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d81800881edea2fbb2aea8a] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d818020b742e25b3dd297f6] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d818000bc16c94467c9831e]
- Goal: simplify so advisors can just provide a client name without manually supplying the Box directory each time [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d8180f1ada9c03af0eb62ef] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d8180c19669ddcf3b1a30b2]
- Key distinction made between **agentic AI** (frontier models like Claude, ChatGPT, Grok for building) vs. **mechanical AI** (scripts, orchestration, local models for execution) [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d81803bbdb1fb5deeab2c32] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d818036acb2c039fae36b40]
- Box file IDs can be used to move from agentic to mechanical workflows; the agent was trained to retrieve IDs automatically via core instruction files (Claude MD), not requiring manual prompting [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d8180f2967ff0e0ad904cc8] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d8180379af2ca9e3bc45a83]
- **Local models** clarified: not a "genie in a bottle" — they are open-weight model files living locally on a machine, built and tested with mock data before switching to live data [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d81809ba2b7c27dddfc4e25] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d818036acb2c039fae36b40] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d8180ceb583e0186bd63074]
- Perplexity noted as strong for pulling fresh information but uses multiple underlying models and does not generate persistent project files on disk [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d8180068bdfe5bbb9b13a60] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d81801b93bad8f17b27c3b6]
### Compliance Portal — Soft Rollout Plan
- Compliance manual updated with Brent — includes new **AI policy**, **Reg SP requirement**, and **incident response program** [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d81804bafc8f7b204d04050] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d818034a14bfe75b9a58afc]
- Plan: launch a **compliance training module** first as a soft rollout before exposing client data or model features [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d818006b4def2b60e3a3778] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d8180c698f3f311105e7f91]
- Training module is interactive — walks users through compliance sections, includes test questions, and generates a **completion certificate** with timestamps and audit-ready records [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d818034a14bfe75b9a58afc] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d8180bab6d7d3289194eac2] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d81801ba194e560949cb3e9] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d81801fb9c2ebb93fd64a46]
- Certificates and records auto-log to two places in Box: a convenience folder for advisors and the official compliance directory (advisors don't have access to the latter) [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d81805e9b71e04c6cc64f21]
- **TCM Firm File** structure built in Box — each team member has a compliance record and reports/resources section (annual client reviews, approved advertising, quarterly attestations, options reports) [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d8180668173e5a67d347b4e] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d8180a3af6cce753705c71a]
- Options reports auto-archive daily — prior day moves to archive, new one goes live; currently delivered via automated email at \~9am [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d8180a3af6cce753705c71a] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d8180218a2ff14a9c69e43f] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d8180f6bfdedc01005bd08e]
- Email includes quick metrics: open positions, expiring in 7 days, unusual options volume crossover with current holdings, etc. [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d8180549caef5bb731b07d0]
- Compliance notifications will drive advisors back into the portal (e.g., cash account alerts triggering a required rep update) [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d818017a6f3df8832812b35] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d818039ad87cdd5c67de5ec]
- Both agreed the compliance launch is the right first step — gets advisors logged in and comfortable before rolling out revenue-producing features [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d8180c698f3f311105e7f91] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d81804e86e8c58486e6a708]

- **Ask Murray**: An AI tool (MCP-based, using Grok Build or Claude Code) that queries Supabase data — demonstrated pulling top 10 accounts by cash holdings and drilling into specific client positions [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d8180b58b93e2f5c22902a5] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d8180118bedd155c0e4aa07] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d8180a2b9e5e3f516e044aa] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d8180059d47ceb17c17b676]
- Needs significant guardrail and training work before broader rollout [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d818022939dccc58271bb52] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d818083ba50eb8faabaded7]
- Future vision: daily market/model update email that cross-references model top positions with what moved in the market and advisor client holdings [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d8180d58359f321d056701e] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d818003a735c18cecdd77bd]

### Supabase Upgrade Consideration
- Currently on the **Pro plan at \~\$70/month**; does not include SOC 2 or other key security certifications [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d8180039b1bd119a402fa86] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d818099bd2dc384ab8b6320]
- Upgrade to enterprise/SOC 2 tier would cost **\$600/month** [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d8180f2a2a5cc964031b591]
- Supabase is the core backend — handles continuous API whispers from Black Diamond, raw data ingestion into hundreds of tables, and site rendering [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d8180849162fbc39da49a9f] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d81809db982d502b4e00be9]
- Decision: no immediate need since client data won't be in the portal at launch; agreed to revisit after seeing full details — leaning toward upgrading [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d8180f88170da2d61a14237] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d8180b3a29bc1793bf3e37c] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d8180f19536fef29ad5795b]
- Formal compliance write-up recommended before adding any client data to the portal, documenting the structure, rationale, and security posture [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d81803783dfc6e19da9314e]
### Ascent Group Fee Dispute
- Client relationship started in 2015; they had a **DB plan + 401k plans**, with a combined fee of **2% (200 bps)** [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d81801cae3cda2f8cadf010] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d81808389c1cc238ffce210]
- At some point, the DB plan distributed/decanted assets into the 401k plans — at that point the fee should have dropped to **1.25%** per prior verbal commitment [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d8180449832c829b48bde57] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d81808d82baec9d54af8b13]
- Offer made in July to credit the difference and drop the fee to 1%; client was sent a DocuSign — one party signed, the other did not; they only signed \~2 days ago [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d8180d0bf0fc2b05cfcfb57] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d81808bb238ef0e59167725] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d8180569e1ef2eadd294d04] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d8180c98514fbfc270b34ba]
- Client has been asking about this for \~2 months and recently threatened to file a complaint [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d818053a4bef6b1f5ec64af] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d8180569e1ef2eadd294d04] [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d818003877fd6641896cc96]
- Key unknown: exact date when the DB plan distributed assets to the 401k (determines the credit calculation period) [^https://app.notion.com/p/3d002d2f5d8180c39122f851087e4cc4#3d002d2f5d81802e931ff3910dc8dc5e]

The site that you're building out to find the box file? I'm assuming you did that by Tell an AI.
The site that you're building out to find the box file.
I'm assuming you did that by Tell an AI.
Something. So give me an example, because there's like, so it depends.
Something.
So.
Anything you're trying to do, I can help you with.
Yeah.
But I just need to understand the context behind it. Because you might, depending on what you want to do, You might have to write So you might have to use like the agentic AI side.
like frontier side to like set up the flow and then you can move it mechanically right and instruct it through like MD files And kind of build the guardrails to do what you need to do and then you can just prompt it freely. That depends. What do you try to do? What I've done is in perplexity, I have an account that Jamar and Reese are in, and I have a project that's just client prep.
Well, what I've done is in perplexity, I have a account that Jamar and Reese are in, and I have a project.
It's just client prep. And what it does is that we have to upload a bunch of shit and then give it a new prompt each time.
And what it does is that we have to upload a bunch of shit and then give it a new prompt each time.
And the new prompt is like, hey, here's the box folder. to like check out the box folder for all the notes and stuff.
And the new prompt is like, Hey, here's the box folder. So let's like check out the box folder for all the notes and stuff.
But one thing I wanted to do is I just wanted to add it to the project so that we could just give it the client's name.
Yeah. But one thing I wanted to do is I just wanted to add it to the project so that we could just give it the client's name yeah i know you're not not have to give it a box like you know not have to give it the box directory if you will i mean it's not a big deal but i was just thinking when you told me that i was thinking this morning i was like come on if i could sometimes if i could somehow just tell it here's the box drive directory You know what I mean?
and not have to give it the box directory, if you will. I mean, it's not a big deal, but I was just thinking when you told me that I was thinking this morning, I was like, huh, if I could sometimes if I could somehow just tell it here Here's the box drive directory. You know what I mean?
Yeah, yeah, no, I do know what you mean.
the way to think about it, right? That's the right way to think about how to use it. You know what I mean? That's like from an orchestration standpoint. Here's the thing with perplexity. I don't know I haven't used, I think I haven't downloaded it. I haven't opened it up in a while. But perplexity is a little bit of a different, like, um... structure, right? So like perplexity when you prompt it, it's really good at pulling an eye, fresh information, it's way better than like Clotter or any of them. But downside is it's like using other models, right?
So it's like, it's gonna use the best LLM, the best model based on what your use case is, right? So for an example, right? If I'm using like Clotter, RockBuild, I'm building a forwarder hierarchy from the top down and each at the top of that hierarchy I have a structure. so it doesn't hallucinate. And then you can set up a trigger, like for your example, like what would trigger you to want to run one of those.
That would be the question.
Yeah, we would give it the, it could be an upcoming meeting, but what happens is that we might not have some stuff in the folder yet.
So that's why it's like, Hey, once the folder's done, then give it the prompt. Right? Because I've done that before. I've done that before where it's like, heck, you know, look at the meeting and then it's like, oh, it gave me all this information, but none of it's good because none of the new shit was in the meeting.
Is it like an upcoming meeting or?
Yeah, we would get, we would give it the, it could be an upcoming meeting, but what happens is that we might not have some stuff in the folder yet. So that's why it's like, Hey, once the folder's done, then give it the prompt.
Right.
Cause I've done that before. I've done that before where it's like, heck, you know, look at the meeting and that's like, well, it gave me all this information, but none of it's good.
You know what I'm saying?
Cause none of the new shit was in the meeting.
Right. Right. You know what I'm saying?
Yeah, yeah. The trouble you're going to run into with Perplexity, I think, is just you don't have... Perplexity doesn't generate project files on your disk, does it?
I just it's not a big deal, but if you have a problem, prompt that you told whatever to find the box file because it's just finding it based upon what that like 19 digit code Sure.
I just, it's not a big deal, but if you have a prompt that you told whatever to find the box file, because it's just finding it based upon what that like 19 digit code.
Oh, if you're looking at the recent one I built, like the recent file structure thing, yeah. I did that based on the, I used the box file ID, but you don't have to use that. But that's the way you move from agentic to mechanical, right? So if you can use, without those IDs, you could use perplexity or any type of other model without those IDs and you could prompt and say, hey, go inside my client files and find this, that or the other and move it here or pull this.
It's gonna know how to do that without the IDNo, I know, but how did you even download the ID?
No, I know, but how did you even download the ID?
So you have, well, first off, you have to set up the proper API role. Right permissions you have to set up an API Or how did you forget about that?
With Box, but how did you, no, no, no, forget about that.
But how did you even get the, I can get the IDs one by one if I go online, but you were able to download the ID directly from Box? I'll Are you told that your agent to look at it?
But how did you even get the I can get the IDs one by one if I go online? But you were able to download the ID directly from box. Yeah, I just trained my agent to Train the tool that your agent to look at it.
Yeah, I got you.
I am my agent already knew that to do that because in my core plot code files. I have it. constantly learning over a high level, firm level stuff so that, so like it just automatically knows to do that now. So I don't have to prompt it, right? But yeah.
With that, did you put that into GitHub?
With that, did you put that into GitHub? No.
That project that I can learn from the box.
That's not like a... What project?
Are you referring to that project that it can learn from the box?
No, so that's not a project, that's like a role. That's like a Claude MD file. So that's just like a set of instructions globally It's not like a software program or it's not like an operations... So like for an example, Say you have a folder on your desktop, right? And you call that folder desktop. There's end of your marketing plan. I know you're all over the marketing lately, and by the way, Like a lot of these videos.
But you would build a CloudFile. And you would instruct it to do certain things. Now, if you instructed it to like, hey, every time this happens, look for this and then build this sub folder, then go out and pull this data and this, pull the API and then build on a repo. Now that's an orchestration and you're building scripts around that. Now you want to start backing that up to Git. But like, I don't back everything up to get though, like, because I have like, Like you'll build like a workflow, Derek.
Right.
I'm listening to.
And then you'll be like, oh, I want to do this, this, and this as well.
But then in your mind, you're like, okay, these are the little subtasks that actually... Indirectly or tied into this, this and this, right? So it's like you end up having like hundreds of little Many repos. And really it's funny.
Watch it.
Yeah, I got you.
I got you. You know, it's the funniest thing is man.
So I I was having a conversation with a buddy of mine I used to work with and He asked me, Eric Fiedler, he's a little bit older than us, but he's asking me all kinds of stuff about AI and this and that. He's like, Talk about like local models and the other. It's so funny man because everybody talks about AI like AI is some genie in a fucking bottle. It's like, it's not. It's like, you can use the Frontier Labs like Clive, Grog, ChatGPT to help you with the intelligence and the building side, to help you build.
mechanical AI that you can run that knows you inside and out, knows your firm, knows your enterprise. But all that a local model is, is you pull like an open weight model. So you have like five. build you the systems using mock data, not real client data, right? You use fake data, but you build the system. Then when you're ready to go live with it, And once the bugs are worked out, you switch over to live, but then you don't need Clon anymore because all the scripts and the process are built. It's like you build a whole software system, right? Now that's just running locally on your machine.
That's a local model. And then you can train it and everything. It's like people, it's like everybody's talking about this local shit. It's like... I don't know. Yeah, I know. I love it. I think it's the future. But it's like...
You don't like the local stuff.
People don't understand what it is. They think it's like a local AI system running all that a local model is if it's not connected to the cloud is a set of billions of instructions and knowledge base Living on your computer, it's like a software program. Super advanced one, but that's all it is. Speaking of that, I wanted to jump into this compliance stuff with you and show you what I want to launch.
But um... Since we're talking about this, What's up with your homeboy, Tim?
Tim Ho.
Timber. Is that his name? I can't even remember his name. I got an email from the guy that You're doing the... I'm Cassie. No, Cassie. Keep going, going, yeah.
Oh.
Tim Jeldon?
Oh, I don't know.
This guy with the Kessy software thing.
I was supposed to meet him the other day. I canceled on him. I don't want to talk to that guy.
Oh, I don't know. I was supposed to meet him, but I've been canceled on him. I don't want to talk to that guy. I don't want to, like...
I don't want to like. He's friends with Michael Joy.
He was getting his friends with Michael Joe So what So he...
He reached out, well, So he reached out to me When was it?
Yeah.
End of last week. He said, "Hey, JT, I haven't talked in a while. Wanted to catch up, get on your calendar." He said that on the other end.
I mean, I don't like being rude to people or anything, but I'm not going to fucking waste my time on this. Like, it's like, you know.
Yeah, yeah, exactly.
I know he's going to want to get on the phone and ask me, oh, here's what I talked to Derek about.
I don't know. He rescheduled with me, so I have no idea. I like got to tell him, like, dude, I can't spend my life working on this thing with you.
But he's got some money he's going to bring over, so he's going to become a client.
What do you think about this, that, and the other? It's like last time.
I tried to help and he couldn't. I just had to do it for him. You know, it's like, dude.
You know.
Yeah, yeah, exactly.
So it's going to be a nice film for that.
Um, But minus that, like I...
I don't know. He rescheduled with me, so I have no idea. I can't spend my life working on this thing with you.
I don't know because I thought that guy was like an engineer.
All right, well, then I'm just not gonna--You've got some money he's gonna bring over, so he's gonna become a client, so it'd kinda be a nice film for that.
that's like, I didn't realize that he wasn't.
Yeah.
I thought like, I thought like he was going to teach us some stuff.
But minus that, okay.
And I just don't.
I don't know. I thought that guy was like an engineer.
I just don't think that he...
That's like, I didn't realize that he wasn't.
I thought like, I thought like he was going to teach us some stuff.
I get that he has the idea, but it's like everyone's got an idea.
Yeah, I mean, nice. And I just don't.
I just don't think that he.
I get that he has the idea, but everyone's got an idea.
Yeah.
Nailed it.
Everybody's got a pitch deck now.
Everybody, everybody's got an AI pitch deck and you know what they do?
They just come up with a concept.
Yeah. Yeah, no doubt. So that's why I'm just kind of like. Whatever.
They don't even know anything about if it'll work or not or how it'll work or the mechanics. They're like, oh, let's pitch this. And then when they get shot down, guess what? They got a new pitch deck a week later with a new idea.
Yeah, so that's why I'm just kind of like...
He told her that her. And he messaged me after your one call. And I was like, "Oh great, how'd it go?" And he goes, he said it went great. He goes, "You guys are setting up a T Corp. He's getting all this shit.
Yeah, I was going to help him.
I was going to help him set that up, but.
Put together. Yeah, I was going to help him.
I was going to help him set that up. Yeah. Yeah. Well, whatever, man. If you end up wanting me to talk to him, just let me know. And don't feel weird about it either, dude. Not that you were, but if you got something going on with him and I'm not, I don't want to be a part of it. But if you want me to help with this, let me know.
I don't want to be a part of it.
I don't want to be a part of it.
I don't want to be a part of it. I don't blame you. Be a fucking... I don't want to be a part of it. I was going to tell you, man. Listen, dude, I know you're a wealthy dude and everything, but just out of fucking principle and respect, dude, if you were going to get to the point to actually invest a large amount of money with him, I was just going to call you and just beat you.
Oh, there's no way. there's there's no i might put in some money but that's just to keep the joy happy But no, I'm not doing anything with that.
I was going to beat you not to fucking do it, dude. I was like, yeah. There's no... I might put it in some way, but that's just to keep, like, joy happy.
Yeah. Yeah.
Okay, so did you, Have a chance, probably not. You got a lot of shit coming at you. I saw that email on the feed stuff. But did you see the emails that I sent you yesterday on... My game plan over the next couple of days regarding launching the portal to the guys, but doing it in a kind of soft rollout, first focusing on... So we updated the compliance manual and a bunch of supplements. I incorporated an AI policy in there, a new...
Reg SP requirement, this incident response program. So me and Brent spent a lot of time updating a lot of the compliance stuff. I'm ready to publish it, but in conjunction with that, here's what I'm thinking. Update the documents inside the portal. Which I'll show you in a minute I built out A training. module portal, right? Where, and I build it aligned with our compliance program policies and all the new updates and the new stuff, right? So the training is interactive, right?
Guys, well again, it says, "Hey, you have this to complete." Right? They click on it and it walks you through each different section portal. It asks you test questions, this, that, and the other. Right? Then at the end, it generates a completion certificate report, right?
Mm-hmm.
And now the guys will always have that in there. It retains in the record in there, right? And then, you know, we can use that then. I figured this way It's a soft way. to kind of get them first logged in Moving around, they're not going to see any of the model stuff or anything else yet. And then I figured, hey, you know, After that, you know, there's some other stuff you and I got to figure out and address on and figure out what we want to do.
As it relates to ruling out the models and the client information. But that will give us time to to prepare for that stuff, rolling out the client data to the guys in the models. I don't know.
I like it.
So what are your thoughts on that? I like it. All right. So I'll show you that in a second but Before we do that... Before we put any client information, on the portal. Regardless, I think it's best practice for firms covering your over at just good policy to like I want to put a full write-up. together and submit like a compliance record for it, right? Like, hey, here's what we're doing. We're launching this. Here's how it's structured.
Here's why we're doing it. It's internal joint, blah, blah, blah. Um Specifically, the reason I kind of Push for his AI policy in our compliance manual, which by the way, I kept it very skinny and kind of hedged us so that we can start with it and then add to it later, but it doesn't pigeonhole us. Because everything I'm reading You know, it's a big thing right now with AI and client data, right? More than ever in the SEC's eyes, right?
The portal in my mind today is secure. you know, I have it set up Multi-level authentication, the only way you can log in is with a firm level. Microsoft account Row level security. Set up in their super bases like they're SOC 2 compliant, right? They're top tier, right? However, We probably It would probably behoove us to spend the money to upgrade our package with Supabase, 'cause right now I'm on the Pro package, and I pay like... I don't know, like 70 bucks a month for it.
but it doesn't provide us, us. with SOC 2 and a couple of the other like key lingo terms everybody's using now that everybody thinks that you need, right? But whether you think we need it or not, and it's a big thing like in the SEC's eyes, right? So I'm thinking like we might want to upgrade our package to that, which is... Um... That's gonna cost...
Wow.
For what?
\$600 a month. Ciao. Wow. Yeah, what?
Just to have some too.
Just to have soft teeth.
So too, yeah, and there's a bunch of other stuff. Like there's like other types of rules, policies, security things you can set up. You know, that super basement, it's super robust, right? So you got to figure like it's pulling, it's whispering nonstop with Black Diamond. And pulling APIs as soon as it hears a whisper over there, something's ready, right? And then it's digesting that raw data into hundreds of tables that are all set up connected together.
Then it's rendering it into a website. It does a lot. Supabase is really like the core heart. of that portal now and what it could turn into. So, and there's other things we could use it for as well, right? So, You know, I mean...
Super bass.
Okay.
If-If Superbase. Super bass.
Yeah. Okay. So that's one thing. Don't need an answer now, but let's think on it, right? 'Cause I don't necessarily think we need it right now because when we launched the compliance stuff in the next couple days, there's no client data in the site, right? So Um...
Sure.
No, I think you can show it to me and we'll probably end up doing it.
What are your initial thoughts on that? Do you want to think about it for a while?
I'm just wondering what else we can do with it.
No, I think you can show it to me and probably end up doing it.
I'm just wondering what else we can do with it. Tell you what, I'll look at...
Well, Well, the upgrade is not going to give us any more real features that we have now. There's tons of shit we can do with it right now. There's tons of stuff I'm doing with it, right? So like those emails that you're getting, like the option reports, I don't know if you saw them, but those are going out to the guys every day. A lot of that data hits Supabase, Supabase triggers like the email. to be generated, logs information, Um... Super bass. Super bass.
Got it. You have a log. Don't set up a new account, whatever you do.
Super Bass Got it.
I'll... Because you, I sent your An invitation, I don't know. Did you accept it? No, but did you send anyone? Yeah. I'll resend it to you.
No, you sent me one.
When?
I have to go. A couple months ago. Same time I sent you over the GitHub.
When did you send it?
Not in the oven. All right, I'll resend it to you. All right. Let's look at... Let's look at something like what You see my screen here?
Yeah.
Yeah. Get this out of the way here. Oh, did you see my team's message? I don't know if any of this shit will help you. But I put a, I put a, uh, folder record together for you for your for that Well, I gotta look at that.
Well, I got to look at that.
I'm going to pull some data. So like those people, I don't know what their fucking problem is. I've never even met them in person.
I'm going to post some data. So like those people, I don't know what their fucking problem is.
Did you ever hear about that book, The Kite Runner?
I've never even met them in person. Did you ever hear about that book, The Kite Runner? Mm-mm. That's the guy's like...
That's the guy's like...
or something who wrote it. So like the guy's like, yeah, we have friends that only pay 0.75.
brother or something who wrote it. So like to the guys like, yeah, we have friends that only pay 0.75.
And I was like, no, you don't. I was like, you're confused.
And I was like, no, you don't. I was like, you're confused.
I've never even met them in person ever. And so she had like a pension plan.
I've never even met them in person ever. And so she had like a pension plan.
So like when you're looking at that, oh, that was at 100 bps.
So like when you're looking at that, oh, that was at 100 bps. And so they were paying 200 bps.
And so they were paying 200 bps.
They were paying to go back up to those accounts. So like when they're saying 2018, See, for like a period of time, they had, see that DB plan?
They were paying to go back up to those accounts. What? So, like, when they're saying 2018... See, for like a period of time, they had...
And I told them, I was like, that DB plans cost you 200 basis points and the 401k plans cost you 1.25. But then we got rid of the DB plan and they only had 401k plans.
See that DB plan? Yeah. And I told them, I was like, that DB plans cost you 200 basis points and the 401k plans cost you 1.25. But then we got rid of the DB plan and they only have 401k plans.
And so that's really like where the... discrepancy comes in and then I told him, okay, I'll take you down to 1%.
And so that's really like where the... discrepancy comes in and then I told him okay I'll take you down to 1% so that's why I was like I needed to like look at it all because I could kind of figure out what you just did there I don't know how the fuck you did that but I'll wipe that Check this out.
So that's why I was like, I needed to like look at it all. Cause I could kind of figure out what you just did there. I don't know how the fuck you did that all like that. But Check this out. If you could look at it like this, when they had the DB plan, the fee was 2%. Meaning the feet go back to their account list, So do you see that ascent group DB plan?
If you could look at it like this. When they had the DB plan, the fee was 2%. Meaning the feet go back to their account list. So do you see that as sent group DB plan?
So when they had the Ascent Group DB plan, that account at One point was then split up and pushed into the two 401k plans.
Yeah. So when they had the Ascent Group DB plan, that account at one point was then split up and pushed into the two 401k plans.
Yeah.
So it was 200 bps for all of those 401k plans. Hold on a second.
So it was layered in at the 200 bits is what you're saying kind of was like, yeah.
for all of those 401k plans until the date where the Ascent Group distributed the assets to the 401k plans, And then The fee should have went down to 1.25 on just the 401k plans.
So it was 200 bits for all of those 401k plans. Hold on a second. for all of those 401k plans until the date where the Ascent Group distributed the assets to the 401k plans and then the fee sort of went down to 1.25 on just the 401k plans.
And that's really where it comes in.
And that's really where it comes in.
I don't know when that occurred. So that's the thing. I'm like, they're like, yeah, we want these reports from you tomorrow. I'm like, fuck you.
I don't know when that occurred, but that's the thing. I'm like, they were like, yeah, we want these reports from you tomorrow. I'm like, fuck you. What's this showing us? Okay, so 2016.
Yeah, that's the thing.
Yeah, that's the thing, they're like, "We're gonna make a complaint." And like, we have a map.
They're like, we're going to make a complaint. I'm like, we have a map. And here's the other thing. Six months ago, I was like, yeah, I'll take your fee down to 1%. And they were like, okay.
And I was like, you have to sign this DocuSign. He signed it.
And here's the other thing, like six months ago I was like, "Yeah, I'll take your fee down to 1%." And they were like, okay. And I was like, you have to sign this copy sign.
She never signed it. I sent them like two emails. I was like, hey, You need to sign this if you want your fee to go down.
Once he signed it, she never signed it. I sent them like two emails. I was like, hey, what? You need to sign this, you want your fee to go down. Never signed it.
I never signed it. Then I talked to the guy and I'm like, it's a big project because your accounts are at three different places. You saw my email. And I'm like, and so it's not as simple as like, so they're like, oh, we think you told us one.
I talked to the guy and I'm like, it's a big project because your accounts are at three different places.
You saw my email. I did. Yeah. And I'm like, it's not as simple as that.
And I'm like, I don't know what I told you. I'm like, that's I'm like, but I'm like, I can figure it out.
So they're like, oh, we think you told us one. And I'm like, I don't know what I told you. I'm like, I'm like, but I'm like, I can figure it out. And then they send me to spread the thing.
And then they send me this threatening thing. I was going to I was going to run back and go, hey, fuck you. I'm not returning you back anything. Make all the complaints you want.
I was going to run back and go, hey, fuck you. I'm not throwing you back anything. Make all the complaints you want. I'm not going to make a complaint against you. Right. Do you know what I'm saying?
I'm going to make a complaint against you. Do you know what I'm saying? I'm like, you signed the thing. I never lied to you. It was more expensive. Then you decanted the DB plan.
I'm like, you signed the thing. I never lied to you that it was more expensive than you decanted the DB plan. And like at that time, you were still didn't matter.
And like at that time you were still, it didn't matter. We just weren't playing the TPA anymore. So I'm like, so, you know, like, yeah, we had brought it up then, or maybe I should have brought up to you.
We just weren't playing the TPA anymore. So I'm like, so, you know, like, yeah, you brought it up then, or maybe I should have brought it up to you. I would have taken your fee down to one and a quarter. And I didn't.
I would have taken your fee down to one and a quarter. And I didn't. And I was like, I'll go back and I'll credit you. And then they've been asking about it nonstop for like two months.
And I was like, I'll go back and I'll credit you. And then they've been asking about it nonstop for like two months.
And I was just like, First of all, let's change your fee to 1%. You wouldn't sign the fucking forms.
And I was just like, First of all, let's change your fee to 1%.
They just signed them like two days ago. But if you like, I have the documentation that we sent it to him like a while ago. I'm like, You know what I mean?
You wouldn't sign the fucking forms. They just signed them like two days ago. Like I have the documentation that we sent it to them like a while ago. Bye-bye. You know what I mean? Do we have GitLab? No, we have GitHub, right? Yeah, GitHub.
Do we have GitLab? No, we have GitHub, right? So then I was going to try to figure it out, but it's a.
So then I was going to try to figure it out, but it's, uh, Well, it sounds pretty complicated.
you know, I got to fit It's really not.
It's kind of one of those things I feel like you...
It's really not. So just like jot this down.
So just like jot this down. If you could even look at, I was going to ask you about this, if you could look at it. So while they had the DB plan, Their fee for the DB plan in the 401k is 2%.
If you could even look at it, I was going to ask you about this, if you could look at it. While they had the DV plan, The fee for the DB plan in the forum case was 2%.
at some point, from when their relationship started in 2015, At some point, that DB plan distributed its assets to the 401k.
Yeah. At some point. From when their relationship started in 2015, at some point that DB plan distributed its assets to the 401k. Okay.
When it distributed its assets to the 401k only, The fee should have been 1.25.
When it distributed its assets to the 401k only, The fee should have been 1.25. Not two.
not two. When I say it should have been, I'm just saying that's what I told them. Like I said to him, that's what I'll be willing to do with them.
When I say it should have been, I'm just saying that's what I told them. I said to them that's what I would be willing to do with them.
It should have been technically, it should have still been two because that was their fee agreement.
It should have been, technically, it should have still been two because that was their fee agreement.
But I said to them when they brought it up, I'll go back. I'll look at it.
But I said to them when they brought it up, I'll go back, I'll look at it.
I would have dropped your fee down to one point two five. from the 2%. Okay.
I would have dropped your fee down to 1.25. from the 2%.
And so whatever that is, I'm like, yeah, that's what you get charging fees.
Okay. And so whatever that is, I'm like, yeah, that's what you get charged in the fees. And I'll do something with the element, but I need some time to figure it out.
and I'll do something with the on it, but I need some time to figure it out. I mean, granted, like I told him that in January, I mean, in July, July, But it's like, I went to go look at it and I was like 45 minutes into it and I was just like, I can't fucking figure this out.
I mean granted like I told him that in January. Yeah I mean in July, July, but it's like I went to go look at it and I was like 45 minutes into it and I was just like I can't fucking take this out.
I mean, I just didn't put really any time into it, to be honest with you.
I mean, I just didn't put really any time into it. Yeah, no, I hear you. But that's all it is.
But that's all it is.
So while they have the DB plan, Their fee on the DP plan in the Florham case is certainly 2%.
So while they have the DB plan, Their fee on the DB plan and the 401k should have been 2%. And then when they got rid of the DB plan, the money decanted and I told them I dropped their fee down to one and a quarter.
And then when they got rid of the DB plan, the money decanted and I told them I dropped their fee down to one and a quarter.
And I just told them this like a few days Peace to go.
That's why I'm like, she's like, we're going to make a complaint. I'm like, what are you going to complain about?
And I just told them this like two weeks. He said that. That's why I'm like, she's like, we're going to make a complaint. I'm like, what are you going to complain about? Yeah.
That's it.
I'll look at it. I'll look at it. See if I can come up with anything else. And then I'll... That's...
It's easy if you have the data, you know what I mean? Yeah.
It's easy if you have the data, you know what I mean? Yeah. We'll do that for sure.
I do want to touch on this though. Yeah, of course we'll do that for sure.
Okay, so You see when you're, so follow my screen here. Okay, so you see when you log in now, right? You're just gonna see... Guys log in, they land them on this training section, right?
I'm watching you.
Yeah. And so think of it this way, right? Training, 2006 Firmwide Compliance Training, right? You click on it. I already completed mine, but you click start here. And then it drops you into start you start at the 2006 firm element overview. Just gives an overview right of the program number put integrations in here. This one already is so that they can pull up right the new manual. to reference it if they're going through, et cetera, et cetera, right? So you walk through here, it brings you down, what's changed for 2026, artificial intelligence added in. So this is high level, right? Who must complete the firm's quarterly compliance adaptations, right?
Yep, looks good.
All supervised persons, NACs, blah, blah, blah.
So anyhow, firm deliverables, a bunch of different stuff here, right?
Okay.
Yeah, looks good. Yeah.
Um...
now i have a back some fences okay so come back and i might want to go through all these rights and i'd like to know our personal intelligence thing here that I still need to update.
Because this is from a week ago and we ended up completely cutting down the policy.
You get a certificate, yeah?
on but now so you got there and that's right Then...
Once you're completed, This certificate hereYou can download.
Yeah. Now we gotta hold on to those certificates.
The certificate, yeah.
Yeah. Now we gotta hold onto those certificates.
I have an integrated box, so I don't care what they do with it. So this is the certificate, right? It's a full, compliant, friendly record.
timestamp of the person's you know, all the questions, what they answer, timestamps, record, blah, blah, blah. Okay?
Um, I have this in the back end configured per IR that whenever they complete this, It's gonna... it's gonna log two places in box. As convenience for them,Hey everybody. I built this new folder system to where anything they do like this or through any of our processes will automatically get logged in the records so they have access to it. But that's not the official record, right? So it'll still get logged inside of our books and records on the compliance directory and inside our folders that we work with. But they don't have access to that.
So I figured this way, Moving forward, Advertising rules everything. Submit it, it's all in one area, right? Eventually you'll be able to access it quickly through the portal. But you'll also be able to go here, So check this out. Is this TCM firm file? If you want to understand why I built it and how it's structured, Derek, see this build and design. Thank you. Open up the README file.
I do.
And this will give you the overview of what it does, why it's here. But basically here's what it does. Everybody and every team has a TCM firm file, right? that's integrated with the Box Compliance side in the portal. Now... So let's go to you for an example, right? Derek, I can walk. So you have two things in here, a compliance record and reports and resources, right? Go into the compliance record, annual client reviews. You do yours separately, but all the other guys submit them, right? So I'm going to wire it up. So they do an annual client review.
Boom, it's logged here, right? Approved advertising and that, quarterly attestations, the reports and resources. Damning option report. Have this set up for everybody that so like here's yours that was generated today. Okay, and then tomorrow when the new one's generated, The old one goes into the archive and the new one sits live.
But I won't go in there to get it, right?
It'll be live on the site, no?
But I won't go in there and get it, right? It'll be live on the site, no? What, in the portal? Eventually.
Okay. Oh, if I want to get it today, if I get it today, I can still get it the way I've been getting it right.
Okay.
Yeah. If I want to get it today, if I get it today, I can still get it the way I've been getting it.
Right. Yeah.
Yeah, okay. Or to make it real easy for you, those emails... So if you look at the email that went out to you at like 9 o'clock this morning, Yeah.
Yeah, okay. Yeah.
I know it's kind of detached. Hey, by the way, I searched my inbox for an invite from you.
I know it's got it attached. Hey, by the way, I searched my inbox for an invite from you. and Super Bass, but did it come from you or did it come from Super Bass? I don't think I got it.
And Super Bass, did it come from you or did it come from Super Bass? Well, it came from Super Bass. I don't think I got it.
Yeah.
I'll resend it. I'll resend it after we get through this. I need your opinion on this though. Yeah. So check this out. This is the email that gets auto-generated. And here's why I wanted to auto-generate it, Derek. Because when I was talking to you and you mentioned on Teams, like, hey, and then, you know, it's a days behind. By sending this email out, this email triggers and gets populated after the reports, so it emails and notifies people while it's as fresh as it can be.
Because when this options report is generated, yes, it's pulling yesterday's inventory from the custodian, right? But it's pulling the live pricing, live contract information, everything, right? So this is going to probably come to you every morning around 9 o'clock. And all you have to do is click this open inbox. And it will have your individual book. in your joint, but like you can just click this and it'll open up the report for you.
Um What I did here is I added some quick metrics. Right? So it's like, hey, how many open positions? How many are expiring in seven days? How many underlying holdings are inside of the premium API unusual wells? How many of your current holdings? Corley. have crossover with What's happening to a lot of volume right now?
I love it.
I love it.
I love it.
I love it. But eventually, okay, so eventually though, so here's my plan, right? So once we're down the road, we're ready for a portal, right? Then what I do is An email like this is going to come up, but instead of update option report, it would New tool available or new feature available, right? Option report, now rendering real-time data. Click here to log in, right? Click log in, now it's going to take you to the portal, right?
But I figure this is a way to start throwing teasers out there, right? And then... Use the compliance side to get everybody comfortable, right? was logged into the portal and then Then we kind of pivot to like, hey, we pivot to more revenue producing shit, right? Because that's, you know, we want to make money. So it's like, hey, now we start launching the models, right? That's when we start pumping that stuff, right?
And even things like I've been thinking about like the daily... market review email that you had me start doing that I send out daily. You know, hey, maybe that, right? Maybe that. is not just a market update email.
Yeah, I think all that's great.
I mean, I just think that if we launch it to do the, like how quickly can we do the other stuff?
Maybe that's a market and models update every day where it intelligently weaves in our models, like our top positions, right? Looks at it, cross-references what moved in the market that day, provides insight, cross-references that with what the advisor has currently, holding clients' accounts and provides insights. The other things I have built already and ready to kind of render and start populating are...
You know, daily cash reports that will render on the site, quickly see your clients with cash, clients that have withdrawals.
deposits Um...
Large trades, all kinds of that shit.
Yeah, I think all that's great.
I mean, I just think that if we launch it to do the, like, how quickly can we do the other stuff?
Like I think it would be kind of cool even if they came in to do the compliance stuff and they saw some of this stuff.
So let me show you Let me show you this. Let me get your attention. I'm going to turn on some of the other modules just to show you.
Turn on the dashboard.
Well, like, yeah, but...
Okay, dashboard, house. Fools. Like, I think it would be kind of cool even if they came in to do the compliance stuff and they saw some of this stuff.
If we had one of them, one of them.
Yeah, it's not gonna be fully ready yet though, right? Or I could, but I, My thought is we have one of them, one of them.
But the only time we're really forcing them is the first time.
Here's the thing. I think it's more exciting because they're going to be forced to come in here.
They're not done after--The only time we're really forcing them is the first time. Yeah.
Yeah.
Now because I'm going to use this for like so check this out see this my record Yeah. Major action. Waiting on compliance, file the record. So you can see in here I have this file the record that I completed the firm. I'm, I did, I've run so many fucking compliance audits, reviews, reports, stuff like that. I'm going to start using this. to generate requests. So say that I run an automated fucking report. Forget about running stuff monthly, dude. That's old school. We're going to be able to start automating this stuff like daily.
Like, okay, like, has this client been in cash for an X amount of days and are they aggressive risk tolerance? Have we got an update from the rep? No. Okay. That triggers a compliance request to provide an update on that account. They get a notification email, right? They have a notification up here and their notifications. They're going to log in because they're going to be required to come in and update their compliance stuff. Then in here we have the forms, right?
Complete your annual client reviews, quarterly out of stations, whatever, right? So I think we can drive behavior to here.
Okay.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Okay. Yeah.
I like it. No, I really do like it. I just didn't want to like launch it and have nobody ever look at it again.
I like it. You just saying that?
No, I really do like it. I just didn't want to like launch it and then have nobody ever look at it again.
No, no, trust me. It'll be in there. Let me show you this. Count compliance flags. I don't know if I fixed that. Training's on my record on Ask Murray. You're going to fucking love this one. Look at this portal I built. It's called Ask Murray.
Yeah.
You want to check it out? Yeah. Turn Murray on. Ah, compliance. That's pretty good.
That's pretty good.
See what that thing says.
So check this out.
Murray knows the book. It's not it's not perfected yet, but let's try that it might have broke it Um...
This is Derek here. Look through my accounts and show me my top 10 accounts with current cash holdings.
See? Look at that brother. Look at that rendering for you. Do you see it thinking? Is that working? You see what I just did, right?
I think that's, is that working?
Yeah, it's awesome.
Yeah, it's awesome. Okay, so now... That's great, thanks. So out of these 10 accounts you just showed me, What is their largest holding position in equities. Actually, just tell me the fishers in park. I got a meeting coming up with them.
Yeah, why wouldn't we launch this right away?
Yeah, why wouldn't we launch this right away?
There's a lot of reasons. This is so, we gotta put a lot of guardrails around this. This is actually true, I built this MCP from, like, it's a Gen-Tic. I'm using Depending on what I ask, we're using either grok build or cloud code. I got some work on this. I just want to show you that as a little tool. I forgot all about this, but let me show you. Okay, so dashboard, right? So you come in here, check this out.
See I haven't updated, I haven't had these turned on and updated in a while, okay. So the models are still here, right? And I did a bunch of new updates to this. But think of it this way, you log into the dashboard, And instead of just being like the TAM stuff, you have like recently opened accounts, right? Large cash holdings, like action items, right? Not necessarily action items. We're not requiring action.
The team to do it, but hey, it's tools, right? It's tools bringing information to the surface to help you act on it and provide a better service to your client, right? But check this out, I think this is cool. Um... Actually, let me log in as you, because it will be better me showing it as you.
Why is this taking? Oh wow, okay. See how that says 59,000? Yeah.
Yeah.
That's because... Advisory accounts, I need to toggle that on. Okay.
Yeah.
Alright, check this out. So I'm logging as you, right? Yeah. So you got the slider up here, right? You notice anything about those tickers?
Yeah, what their tickers that I own?
Yeah, with their tickers that I own?
Yep.
your current book, right? So now I can click on one of these. Check this out. So I click on that JPST, right? JP Morgan Altar Shore. Check this out. It tells you your total book exposure in that position. How many accounts you have allocated in that in total volume and check this out where it's held now you're like, okay Let me pull that up Oh, Sharon Knutson owns 20 units at 101k. Let me open Sharon's account, right? Let me drill in to see what she owns. Then you come to this market pulse.
And this is truly customized for all your current clients' holdings, right?
Yeah.
Sector leaderships, right? And I think I might have Fred's economy, a news feed here, right? And any of the stuff you click on, right? So say you want to say XLI, click on XLI. Tells you all your clients that hold like high off she owns you don't have many in here actually and Right, right, but I got you.
Right, right, but I got you.
That's awesome. What are we waiting for, baby?
That's awesome. What are we waiting for, baby? Let's get this shit launched. This shit's awesome.
Let's get this shit launched. This shit's awesome.
Um, oh yeah, check this out. There's still some nuances, though, too. Like, there's a lot behind... So, like, for an example, like... Let me turn on the contacts.
So if I go to households. We got a high R chain. Here's how I'm trying to set this up. So you go to Hayashi House, right? You see how many counts? Now, household members, this is where It's painful trying to build this In a mechanical way that doesn't fuck up. But check this out. It'll show all the accounts in the household, right? Our good value. Yeah, you click on that account to open it up and see more on that account.
transactions, cost basis, performance, But what I want to show you Import the contact record.
Yeah.
You keep showing me great shit.
You keep showing me great shit. I'm just walking you through it man, just kind of showing you the roadmap.
Documents, I don't have him on.
He's not wired up.
He's not wired up yet.
I thought it was doing that automatically.
He's not wired up? I thought it was doing that automatically.
Here's one that's wired. Like I opened up the Striebel household Click documents.
And meetings. So these are all like, these should be. Yeah, this is straight from your box drive.
All right.
Oh, great.
All right.
Let's get the bugs worked out, baby.
Oh, great. Let's get the bugs worked out, baby.
I'm trying the best I can, man. You know, it's like doing all the compliance stuff, dude. There's a lot, you know, running reports, doing audits, following all that stuff every day, you know. doing this, you know, it's, a lot of shit. So I'm doing, you know, I think we're...
I know.
I don't like to tap myself on short, man. I think we've come a long way with this thing, so just one person came. No doubt. I want to launch it.
No doubt, no doubt.
I want to launch it.
I agree.
I do too, man. Trust me. But I also... Don't want to trip up our dicks as well, right?
I agree. That's what I'm saying.
So it's like... If I launch all this stuff, right? I agree. I agree. You know, because that's what I'm saying.
Just Let's update. Let's get one of them. Let's get one of them up.
Just let's get one of them. If I log in here. I'm gonna log in here and it's gonna look awesome, right? I'm gonna be like, "Oh, this is fucking whatever." But then it's like, it's almost overwhelming and it's all at once. So it's like, okay, instead. You log in. And you're just seeing The train.
Yeah.
Yeah. You know what I mean, dude? Because now you're coming in. So... You know, because I'm going to generate email to everybody, right? They're going to log in. It's going to take them right here to the training. But when they log in here, they're going to be wondering, like, what the fuck is this? You know what I mean? Like, what is this, right? And my plan is to have more in here. So I want to have like the forums in here before I send out the training thing.
I want to populate it with their, they go to my record. There's an advertising thing. You quickly access all your approved advertising. So it'll be a little bit more. But then it's like, hey, a week later, maybe we... Launch. Well, the other person whistled. The big thing with any of the client data I mean, hey dude, honestly, It's like... Ain't gonna hurt me. But, you know, I'm not wired that way to try to, I won't do anything that's gonna hurt somebody I work with or that I consider friendly.
Dude, I just want to make sure we're buttoned up. Before we start putting client data, you know what I'm saying, dude? There's going to be transactions, client information.
I do.
Yeah. I do. I'm pretty comfortable with it right now, but I think that we need, I want to, I want to do some more research. I got a bunch of like side projects going on that I'm updating on research documentation. I wanted to ask you about that thing, you know, that \$600 thing. I'll get some more details on that.
Send me that thing for Superbase because I found the email and I accepted it, but it said like the invite to the organization expired.
So I just need a new invite to the organization. My account's live though. I just need to accept the invite. you And then let's just like try to get, let's try to get one of the things up and going, you know?
Send me that thing for Superbase because I found the email and accepted it but it said like the invite to the organization expired so I just need a new invite to the organization. My account's live though, I just need to accept the invite. I'll resend it to you. Let's try to get one of the things up and going, you know?
Well I'm going to do the compliance. The compliance makes perfect sense.
Whatever is the easiest one. Yeah. Yeah. But one of the tools for their being able to look at their you know, one of those other cool ones.
Yeah. Of the next week. Yeah.
But one of the tools for their being able to look at their... You know, one of those other cool ones. What do you think?
Don't you think? Like that ask Murray thing is awesome, but I get what you're saying.
Well, that Ask Murray thing is awesome, but I get what you're saying.
It's probably the same kinks that lived throughout, right?
It's probably the same kinks that lived throughout, right?
Well, the thing with the Aston Martin, right? So that's the other benefit you asked me about Supabase. Ask Merv. feeding off the heartbeat of Supabase.
I got you.
Because if I love you... What's awesome about Supabase is it's like a spreadsheet on steroids exponentially, right? So it creates records and tables and rows indefinitely, right? So, but then you have to, it's structured to where like you ask Murray orThe MCP AI model, and then it has to query through all that data. It doesn't know it's out. It's just like you... It's like you asked Todd a perplexity, right? A question? It's going to hallucinate 50% of the time and give you bullshit unless you put guardrails around it, unless you train it.
So that Ask Murray thing, I'd want to spend days with it asking it questions. And then it tells me something like, now here's how you need to do that. Let me educate you on the industry and the lingo, right? And questions and nuances. Go download this article. Download this, that, or the other. Learn about this. So now it's becoming more of like natural, useful tool.
I do.
You know what I mean? And... I do. But, um... But I'm telling you, man, I... this is the so like you know how like um Tim's idea, right?
JT, I got a call in 12 minutes.
I've triggered a state. I got a call in 12 minutes. Oh, shit.
All right, man.
All right, brother. I'll talk to you. All right, man. Talk to you.
Talk to you.
