Hey JT,

I wanted to put this on your radar. Derek’s clients Rob & Raya Zakir sent Derek an email complaining about fees and threatening to file a complaint with FINRA, the SEC, and other regulators. I did bring this up to Derek’s attention and I believe he is working on it now. That said, I did want you to be generally aware in case things escalate. As always, please let me know if there is anything you need from me.

Evaluation criteria - considered: 6. One-year client retention rate; 7. Five-year client retention rate; 8. Non-institutional discretionary and/or non-discretionary client assets administered; 9.
