[5:15 PM] Jamar Anderson: Hey JT, were you able to meet with Derek this afternoon? Did he address the complaint by chance?
[5:16 PM] Jeffrey Thomas: The Zakir situation?
[5:16 PM] Jamar Anderson: Yeah, just wanted to make sure we were staying on top of it and if you needed anything
[5:21 PM] Jeffrey Thomas: I appreciate it. Derek and I did talk about it briefly. We looked at a couple different reports but it's kind of nuanced. The accounts were getting charged 2% as a group when the DB plan was in effect, but once that distribution happened in the 401(k)s, I think Derek only then dropped the account fees down to 1%. It's a little complicated how that was all set up so I actually don't have the full scope of the picture yet myself.

With what I sent over, I didn't realize that there was a 2% fee in place already. I'm going to take a deeper look at that tomorrow and I think Derek was going to try to spend some time on it as well. If you find anything else out in the meantime, let me know. I'm going to try to look at it here in the morning or later on this evening when I get back. Actually if you have a few spare minutes and could find a MAP or Client Agreement for the 2% that would be wonderful. That was going to be my next step.
[5:22 PM] Jeffrey Thomas: I could be completely wrong on that 2% though so I would take that with a grain of salt until Derek confirms or we find the MAP or Agreement that has that on paper.
[5:22 PM] Jamar Anderson: Let me see what I can do
