Hey Derek,

We received the official resignation letter from Nydia Retirement Solutions in the mail today. They have ceased all work on the Triumph Capital Management 401(k) plan and will not perform any further work on the plan.

They also included Form 5558. I saved both documents in the TCM 401(k) plan folder under year 2025 and will place the hard copies on your desk after your meetings this afternoon.
