Source: teams:///chats/19:1fa1d6af-4c47-4789-a7a9-b3d1d56ca309_eb0146ef-afce-4404-847a-c680b7898d45@unq.gbl.spaces
What this is: Teams 1:1 chat messages on 2026-09-11 ET (09:06 AM through 10:18 PM ET; the evening messages carry 2026-09-12 UTC stamps) as returned by the Microsoft 365 connector. Full bodies were read for the longer messages; short ones are the search summaries, which were complete. Images and file attachments are named where the connector exposed a name and are otherwise marked [image] or [attachment]; none are retrievable through the connector. Times converted from UTC to ET.

This is what he asked for initially... and then what I sent. What I sent breaks everything down to a T. Every scenario and what the rebate would be in each given scenario. Timeline of events and all the backup documents, emails etcetera in the Box folder. I didn't see the 1% fee mentioned in any email.

This is a more in depth timeline of this years correspondence. I had this in the original link but I removed it because I couldn't confirm when the Jamar sent the actual DocuSign... I confirmed with him after though it was Sent April 20th when Derek instructed.

11:03 AM ET Jeffrey Thomas (1789139013557):
I could run a query past this year to see if we can find any hits via email that the 1% or 1.25% was mentioned?

11:05 AM ET Jeffrey Thomas (1789139114878):
It will take a little to do that so let me know and I'll start now if so, unless you think were good with what we have.

11:05 AM ET Brandon Drespling (1789139122778):
if it's easy

I'm having zero luck trying to pull emails historically. AppRiver is not playing nice for some reason and won't return anything. Going to keep trying.

12:14 PM ET Brandon Drespling (1789143268494):
Al good. It doesn't look like they're going to respond to me anyways...

12:41 PM ET Jeffrey Thomas (1789144900884):
Got it. Exporting and then will review all the emails. Ran it back through 2016 so we'll see what it comes back with.

Nothing back from Zakir email?
On the Market & Economic presentation... I'm going to weave in this slide. Also, refresh a few areas as needed like the What We're watching which I think makes sense because its in the past now. Before I do though, did you make any changes to it past that?

This is the most recent one I have that I sent

03:44 PM ET Brandon Drespling (1789155870442):
no response...

05:11 PM ET Jeffrey Thomas (1789161076052) — attachments: "Market & Economic Review - 9-11-2026.pptx", "Update Summary - 9-11-2026.docx":
Deck updated. Added the bond slide you sent over (the rolling 10-year chart — it's in the fixed income section right after the "Bonds Are an Asset Again" page, with talking points in the notes), and while I was in there I refreshed all the data through this week — Fed odds, CPI, oil, yields, all of it. Attached is a short change doc that spells out exactly what moved.
Here's what I'm thinking going forward which probably makes sense: why don't you set up a spot on Box where we keep a running log of these? Each time we update the deck, I'll drop in a folder named "Market & Economic Review" plus the date — inside will be the updated slides and a short change doc like the one attached. That way you can pull any version up quick, see the key items that changed since you last presented, use it for talking points, etc. If that works, just send me the Box location and I'll start dropping them there.

05:13 PM ET Brandon Drespling (1789161226926):
I like it. Thank you. 🙏

05:14 PM ET Brandon Drespling (1789161254289; edited 05:14 PM):
Used it again today. Clients love the data. We know it and see it a lot. But most never see that stuff.

05:15 PM ET Jeffrey Thomas (1789161320446):
Give me a Box location we can drop each update. It will be good to keep a record of each update.

05:15 PM ET Jeffrey Thomas (1789161344754):
Doesn't matter to me where. Somewhere easy for you to reference

05:15 PM ET Brandon Drespling (1789161354365):
Don't matter. Wherever. I'm not in front of compute r

05:15 PM ET Brandon Drespling (1789161357636):

09:06 PM ET Brandon Drespling (1789175199307):
One more to add.

09:07 PM ET Brandon Drespling (1789175235988):
"Fed getting it wrong again. August was the lowest core CPI reading since 2021. And they're going to raise rates."

09:07 PM ET Jeffrey Thomas (1789175257875):
That's a good one. Oddly I was looking at that exact table earlier today on something completely different.

09:08 PM ET Brandon Drespling (1789175282003):
"Reminder of October 2021 when inflation was transitory and they weren't even thinking about thinking about thinking about raising rates. Only to raise more aggressively than ever the next 12 months."

09:08 PM ET Brandon Drespling (1789175290146):
Wrong then. Wrong now. Huge policy error.

Another look at it.

09:09 PM ET Brandon Drespling (1789175343075):
Damn bonds have been getting smacked hard

09:09 PM ET Jeffrey Thomas (1789175365792; edited 09:09 PM):
I'm going to keep and update the slides as we go forward to this folder: \Box\TCM Firm File\TCM Firm File - Brandon Drespling\Reports & Resources\Market & Economic Review Presentation
If that's cool?

09:09 PM ET Jeffrey Thomas (1789175395612):
Its a new folder and will be easier for a few reasons, but if you think you will have a hard time remembering I can put it somewhere else.

09:10 PM ET Brandon Drespling (1789175404086):
That's cool with me

09:10 PM ET Brandon Drespling (1789175418194):
I'll use it Monday with fisher.

CPI slide is in: https://triumphcapitalmanagement.box.com/s/p9svoe9t73ts5f3uqauusrduui5q8fj3
Quick orientation on the folder so it's easy to track changes going forward:
- Every update = a new dated folder. Two for today (v2) — that'll be rare.
- Inside each: the deck, a PDF, and an Update Summary — high-level highlights vs. the prior version, plus the detail changes. Use it to spot talking points that need adjusting. Note: v2's summary only covers the CPI slide; the bond slide is in the first 9-11 folder's summary.
- Root level: Change Log.docx — rolling log of key changes version to version, newest first, tagged by type (enhancement / updated numbers / release).
FYI — presenter notes carry the updates too, including the new slides. Take or leave as you see fit, interesting seeing what comes back in those....
