Records written

  • Annual Client Update form emails — Jim Peters, Ryan Cook — JT's delivery check on the first live submission (2026-06-09); Ryan sent the form to JOINT and Ryan clients via RedTail; on 2026-06-10 Ryan asked whether the submissions count as a compliance check-in and JT explained the Smartsheet compliance form is the record, promised a script to pull the email attachments into the Compliance folder in one to two weeks.
  • Add Hannah to the client-update emails; what satisfies the annual review — Ryan Cook, Jim Peters — JT stayed on the distribution and added Hannah (1:11 PM); no new form fields needed; JT asked Ryan for a call the next day.
  • Hannah and the client-update emails — Hannah Ferguson — heads-up, save the submissions in Redtail only; test send went through; Ryan's forwards may double up.
  • Shea's spoofed-email check — Shea Winkeller — an email that appeared to come from her own address at 2 AM on 2026-06-06; JT: scam, delete it (2026-06-08).
  • IAR state registrations, Alpha Select sheet, Fiduciary report — Brandon Drespling — two Fiduciary Oversight Report refreshes, the Alpha Select versus iRebal comparison with JT's walk-through, a late-afternoon call to work the state registrations, and a client-and-website item Brandon answered with two names.
  • Stark's Fidelity accounts in the Fiduciary Oversight Report — Brandon Drespling — Fidelity pulls by the TTAMP field, Schwab by rep code; four accounts allocated by hand from the TTAMP MAP; iRebal settings unusable; Custodian column and RMD update added; states pushed to the next day.
  • Mayer Canvas fee clean-up and the IAR state registrations — Brandon Drespling — Dan Mayer's Canvas conversions changed TCM fees not carried into Black Diamond; JT's BD Fee Clean Up workbook (12 match, 59 mismatch, 20 to look) delivered the same morning; state registrations by call; Brent McGibbon registered in Texas; a custodian master account number and rep-code digits withheld from the raw file.

Profiles touched

  • Brandon Drespling: Focused on (Mayer Canvas fee audit; IAR state registration project; the Fiduciary report as his working file, Stark's Fidelity accounts, iRebal), Asking me for (BD fee population, Stark's two small accounts, fresh reports, a scan to PDF), Concerns (iRebal, the registration site, Black Diamond fees), Doable, How to work with him (delete-and-resend, manual when small, ping-then-call), Crossover (Dan Mayer, Brent McGibbon, Brian Stark), Decisions log, three Meeting log rows. Snapshot left as of 2026-09-03 (backfill).
  • Ryan Cook: Relationship and Channels fields; Snapshot placeholder replaced; Focused on, Asking me for (three, all answered or done), Concerns, Doable, How to work with him, Crossover (Hannah, Jim), Decisions log, two Meeting log rows.
  • Jim Peters: Role now on file from his signatures (Financial Consultant; Certified Wealth Strategist®), old role line to History; Channels; Snapshot placeholder replaced; Focused on, How to work with him, Crossover, two Meeting log rows. INDEX role updated.
  • Dan Mayer: Snapshot placeholder replaced; Crossover (the Canvas fee reconciliation; matched by alias, not in the chat).
  • Brian Stark: Snapshot placeholder replaced; Crossover (Fidelity TTAMP accounts in the Fiduciary report; matched by surname, not in the chat).
  • Brent McGibbon: Crossover (registered in Texas per Brandon; matched as the only Brent on the roster).
  • Derek Eichenwald: Meeting log row for the calendar-only 2026-06-08 weekly. Nothing else; no Derek content in the window beyond a one-word Teams message.

Series updated

  • JT-Derek-Weekly: occurrence 2026-06-08 added as calendar only (Derek's out-of-office was on that morning per Jamar; no transcript, Read.ai report, or Notion note found).

New people, confirm tier

  • Hannah Ferguson (hannah@triumphcapitalmanagement.com) → created in team/Hannah-Ferguson. She was already in people.json without a profile; role not on file as a title (Derek's signature lists her as his executive assistant). INDEX row added.
  • Shea Winkeller (sheaw@triumphcapitalmanagement.com) → created in team/Shea-Winkeller; role on file from her signature (Financial Consultant, ChFC®). Added to people.json and INDEX.
  • people.json also gained the Cook/Peters/JT group chat (label JT-Ryan-Jim), the Ryan Cook and Dan Mayer 1:1 chat ids from the chat list, and an ignore_chat_ids entry for JT's notes-to-self chat where the Docusign bot posts. No other new people: the chat list shows Meghan Nalty (meghan@) and Box notifications show Greg Schowe, Cory Robinson, and Tim Waters (timw@) filing documents, but none corresponded with JT in the window, so no profiles were created. Tim Waters' registry entry has no email; timw@triumphcapitalmanagement.com appears in the Box notifications if JT wants it added.

Updates applied

  • None. _inbox\UPDATES.md contains only the five template examples.

Needs JT

  • Four June items are recorded as open with "later status not on file" because the backfill cannot see what happened after 2026-06-12: the 20 "needs a look" rows in the Mayer BD Fee Clean Up workbook; Stark's two small non-TAMP accounts in the Fiduciary report; Brandon's client-and-website item ("Todd Vykouk", "Southern Gaskets" were the only reply); and JT's promised script to pull the Annual Client Update attachments into the Compliance folder. Close them in OPEN-ITEMS if they were done.
  • Brandon's client-and-website item on 2026-06-08: who "Todd Vykouk" and "Southern Gaskets" are is not on file; no profile was created.
  • Box Zoom recording "2026-06-05 16.00.53 Derek Eichenwald, (Triumph Capital Management) Zoom Meeting with John Hardwick" (folder 397733387855, files uploaded 2026-07-07) has audio, video, and in-meeting chat but no transcript; nothing logged and the folder id was left out of seen so a later transcript is picked up. John Hardwick is not on the roster.
  • JT and Derek weekly on Mon 2026-06-08 at 1:00 PM ET: no source of what was said. Jamar said Derek's out-of-office was on that morning; it is not on file whether the meeting happened.
  • JT's "woo hoo" / "More codes" to Brandon and "wooo hoooo" to Derek at 8:41 AM on 2026-06-09 carried inline images the connector does not return; subject unknown, logged as noise.
  • Brandon's 2026-06-11 chat included a Schwab master account number for Dan Mayer's Canvas book and JT quoted the last four digits of a rep code; both are withheld from the raw file under the no-custodian-identifier rule. The source chat still holds them.
  • Incoming human email (Jim's, Ryan's, and Shea's messages) was not returned by the connector for this window in any folder search; the records rely on the quoted history inside JT's sent replies. If those originals sit in a folder the connector does not index, later backfills will have the same gap.
  • Box notifications (not logged) show Derek assembling a client meeting folder dated 6-5-2026 and Meghan Nalty uploading a "Derek_New_Assistant_Resumes_2026" file on 2026-06-10; context only.
  • Hannah Ferguson's address: hannah@ on Teams versus HannahF@ in Derek's signature; both are in people.json.

Errors

  • Microsoft Graph returned 429 (Retry-After 62 s) three times; each time the sweep waited and retried, and every read eventually succeeded.
  • Per-address Outlook searches (sender and recipient filters for every tracked address) returned nothing for this window, and the Inbox and Archive folder searches returned nothing; the mailbox was enumerated instead by a recipient filter on JT's own address (157 items, seven pages) plus the Sent Items folder (16). Read.ai report search returned no reports.
  • The Teams per-chat scan capped the Brandon 1:1 at 50 messages for the full window; a second scan over 2026-06-05 to 2026-06-10 13:56 UTC recovered 32 earlier messages. That second scan stopped early on rate limits (29 of 50 chats on the first page, 25 of 50 on the third) after the Brandon chat had been read; the other chats with activity in the window had already been covered by the full-window scan. One chat failed to scan in every call; the connector does not say which.
  • Nothing was written to Notion; nothing was sent; nothing left E:\Relationships.
  • Pre-existing, fixed in this commit: the link from Christopher Kolker's profile to Mike Knoebel's profile pointed one directory too shallow (../Christopher-Lee-Financial_Mike-Knoebel/ instead of ../../external/...). The attribution scan's only hits are the product names "Claude Code" and "Claude Projects" already on Derek's profile and OPEN-ITEMS from the 2026-09-03 sweep; nothing written in this backfill mentions them.
