Records written

  • Brandon's CCO acknowledgment to the Zakirs — Brandon Drespling, Rob and Raya Zakir, Derek Eichenwald — the CCO wrote to the clients himself for the first time, discharging the direct-contact promise Derek made them on 2026-09-03; no figure, no date of his own, no position on the credit.
  • Zakir complaint filing location, Thompson relationship check, Fiduciary Report column — Brandon Drespling — a full working day on Teams: the Kolker fee-sheet columns, stale ex-Kolker Fidelity accounts closed in Black Diamond, a new Fiduciary Report column, where the Zakir complaint review files, and JT's delivery of a Jared Thompson relationship check flagged as unreliable.
  • Supabase invite chased again, walkthrough offered — Derek Eichenwald — a second Supabase link expired unopened; JT switched from emailing invites to offering a fifteen-minute live walkthrough. No reply from Derek in the window.

Profiles touched

  • Brandon Drespling: Snapshot rewritten around the CCO letter and what still sits with him before 2026-09-11; four new asks (two done same-day, two open); new Doable, How-to-work-with-them, Crossover and Decisions entries; two Meeting log rows; header dates.
  • Derek Eichenwald: Snapshot updated for the CCO contact closing part of his promise, the second expired Supabase link, and the untranscribed weekly; Supabase and complaint-log ask statuses revised; new Doable and How-to-work-with-them entries; Crossover to Brandon; three Meeting log rows; header dates.
  • Rob and Raya Zakir: Snapshot line on the unanswered Compliance Officer request replaced — it is now answered; new Focused on, Doable, Crossover, two Decisions log entries and two Meeting log rows; header dates.
  • Jared Thompson: Snapshot notes the relationship check and the AppRiver export; new Focused on, Doable (the check is not usable as it stands), Crossover to Brandon, and a Meeting log row; header date.

Series updated

  • JT-Derek-Weekly: occurrence 2026-09-07 added as calendar-only. It ran Monday 1:00 PM ET and Zoom AI was added by Derek's account, but no Zoom VTT reached Box, no Read.ai meeting report arrived, and Notion has no note. Last occurrence and last-updated moved to 2026-09-07.
  • TAMP-Monthly: the 2026-09-07 row changed from "upcoming" to calendar-only. The calendar entry was created at 11:19 AM ET — after its own 11:00 start — so it may be a placeholder rather than a held meeting, and Zoom AI's request to join was not approved by the host, so no transcript exists.

New people, confirm tier

  • None. Every correspondent in the window is already on the roster.

Updates applied

  • None. _inbox\UPDATES.md contains only its header and the example lines.

Needs JT

  • The 2026-09-07 JT/Derek weekly produced no record anywhere. Zoom AI was added to the meeting by Derek's account, and the meeting is on the calendar, but nothing landed in Box, Read.ai, or Notion within the window. If a transcript or summary exists somewhere the sweep does not read, point it at the file; otherwise the substance of that hour is not on file.
  • The TAMP Monthly for 2026-09-07 may not have happened. The event was created nineteen minutes after its start time and Zoom AI was declined entry by the host. Confirm whether it ran, and if so what was decided — the series page has never had a logged occurrence.
  • Read.ai sent a "Readout Updates" digest, not a meeting report. It points at a topic readout titled "Compliance Training and Portal Rollout" — a synthesis across work, not a conversation between people. references/sources.md only recognises the 🗓 <title> on <date> @ <time> | Read Meeting Report form as a meeting source, so this was classified as noise. Flagging it because these topic readouts may carry content worth capturing, and if so the skill needs a rule for them. This is the second sweep in a row to hit this judgment call.
  • A Fidelity rep code appeared in the Brandon chat and was redacted from the raw file. The tree's rule bars custodian identifiers, so it was left out; the substance (no TCM advisor matched it, and the accounts were ex-Kolker clients who never came over) is preserved in the record.
  • Two Teams messages in the Brandon chat had no text (image or file only) and are noted as such in the raw file. Their content is not on file.
  • JT flagged his own Thompson relationship check as unreliable and it is now in the CCO's hands. The open promise to clean it up is tracked; worth doing before Brandon takes a position on the reimbursement demand.

Errors

  • Microsoft Graph returned HTTP 429 twice: once mid-pagination on the Teams chat search (36 of 50 chats scanned on the second page) and once on an individual message read. Pagination completed and the missed reads were the two empty-body messages noted above, so no substantive content is believed lost — but Teams coverage for this window is not provably complete. This is the third consecutive sweep to hit Graph rate limits on the Teams connector.
