Counts

Series updated

  • None. No occurrence of any series in the window. JT re-accepted the MBTC October Allocation invite (2026-09-29) on 2026-09-11 — noise, nothing changed.

New people, confirm tier

  • None created. Names that appeared without corresponding with JT directly: Jessica Kephart (new solicitor, subject of Brandon's due-diligence ask; no address seen), "fisher" (Brandon's Monday meeting; surname only), and three of Derek's Zoom clients by folder name (Lia Rottman, Rochelle Waite, Courtney Clark). None tracked; JT to say if any should be.
  • people.json gained two addresses on existing entries: tim@kesiiconsole.com for Tim Gelling and raya@olivesd.com / rob@olivesd.com for the Zakirs.

Updates applied

  • None. _inbox\UPDATES.md holds only its template text.

Needs JT

  • Zakir: the promised 2026-09-11 package did not go. Brandon emailed a call request instead; the clients have not replied to either of his emails (09-07, 09-11). Their own "end of next week" escalation deadline from 2026-09-02 has also passed. Someone should restate a package date to them in writing, and the credit decision still has no number on the record. Added to Blocked in OPEN-ITEMS.
  • Which number did Zoom confirm? Order 2026090823375823913 ports 2026-09-18 11:30 AM ET, but the notice does not say whether it is the 877 or the fax line. One line to Chad settles it.
  • Rheece is owed an answer on his Series 7/63 (JT said "let me look into this" on 2026-09-11). Target set at 2026-09-15 in OPEN-ITEMS.
  • Jamar's CE question was withdrawn; his IAR registration status is not on file, so whether the NASAA CE requirement applies to him is unknown.
  • Kephart due diligence is due by about 2026-09-23 and she is already active on accounts.
  • Tim Gelling meeting 2026-09-15 3:00 PM ET. JT accepted it directly. The Blocked item "whether JT takes the Tim conversation" was moved to Closed on that basis; if that was not the intent, decline the invite and say so and it moves back.
  • Three untranscribed Zoom folders under the main Zoom recordings folder, all 2026-09-09, all Derek's client meetings (ids 416620252443, 416642773453, 416663595813): audio/video/chat only, no .transcript.vtt. The third holds only unconverted .zoom files. Not logged; audio is never transcribed here.
  • Brandon chat coverage may be incomplete. The connector scans the 50 most recent messages per chat; the Brandon 1:1 returned 48 in the window with a gap between 2026-09-09 1:07 PM and 2026-09-11 9:06 AM ET. Anything sent in that gap was not seen. Two images, four attachments, and three empty-body messages in that chat are not retrievable.
  • Dan Mayer's advertising material is not on the record; the JotForm submission holds it.

Errors

  • The scheduled runs on 2026-09-10 and 2026-09-11 both exited 1 at sign-in: "Failed to authenticate: OAuth session expired and could not be refreshed." Nothing was read those days; this run covered all three days.
  • Microsoft Graph returned HTTP 429 seven times during this run (a Sent-Items read, a calendar lookup, four Teams message reads, two Teams search pages); each succeeded on retry after the 62-second wait. One Teams chat of 50 failed to scan on every pass (not identified by the connector). Fifth consecutive run with 429s.
