Records written

  • Options Report daily send rollout — Brent McGibbon, Christopher Kolker, Mike Knoebel, Brandon Drespling, Derek Eichenwald — JT's 2026-09-02 evening heads-ups that the report now arrives daily by Box link, the reference copy to Brandon for compliance review, and the FYI to Derek with the next day's agenda.
  • Zakir formal notice and Derek's response — Derek Eichenwald, Rob and Raya Zakir, Brandon Drespling — Raya's four demands with a 2026-09-04 deadline and a regulator threat; Derek's written dates (2026-09-11 package, 2026-10-02 reconciliation), TPA-bundling working explanation, complaint referred to Brandon as CCO, call proposed for 2026-09-04.
  • 401(k) TPA resignation — Jamar Anderson, Brandon Drespling, Derek Eichenwald — Nydia Retirement Solutions resigned from three plans including the firm's own; 2025 Form 5500 due 2026-10-15 with extension.
  • Jamar's complaint heads-up — Jamar Anderson — flagged the Zakir complaint to JT before Derek's reply; JT's reply is still an empty draft.
  • Jamar fee baseline check-in — Jamar Anderson — JT explained the 2% baseline question and asked Jamar to find the MAP or client agreement; Jamar is looking.
  • Zakir billing analysis shared — Jamar Anderson, Derek Eichenwald, Brandon Drespling — JT pointed the group chat to the Zakir Record folder in Box.
  • Derek: Supabase invite, Claude sharing, MBTC scripts — Derek Eichenwald — the invite asked again; Claude Projects share only inside a Team org; GitHub route and PII rule for his MBTC Dividend Model build; JT will move the Supabase seat from Tim G's user.
  • Brandon: compliance change log ready — Brandon Drespling — change log and manual updates ready for his review; he is out sick and will review 2026-09-04 or the weekend.
  • Updated, not new: Portal Launch, Compliance & Tech Update — frontmatter brought to v2 shape (type: meeting, series: JT-Derek-Weekly, source_id, raw) and the Read.ai report, the calendar occurrence, and the Teams meeting-chat recap added as also: sources with a note in the body. The Read.ai report's two listed action items were already in the record.

Profiles touched

  • Derek Eichenwald: Snapshot rewritten; Focused on (MBTC Dividend Model build; answering the Zakirs); Asking me for (Supabase invite asked again; Claude share email, answered; did the code work; the complaint log and CCO contact he promised); Concerns; Doable; How to work with him (capitals and pasted tool output; dated commitments); Crossover (Brandon, Jamar and Hannah as executive assistants per his signature, Tim Gelling, the Options Report recipients); Decisions log (the written Zakir dates and the TPA explanation); five Meeting log rows.
  • Brandon Drespling: Snapshot rewritten (out sick; review gates the soft launch; named to the Zakirs as CCO); Focused on; Concerns; How to work with him; Crossover (Zakir referral, TPA resignation, group chat); Decisions log; five Meeting log rows.
  • Jamar Anderson: full rewrite. Role now on file from his signature (Director of Operations & Client Experience); Derek's signature lists him as an executive assistant. Four Meeting log rows; the earlier Teams-URI bullets moved to History and re-pointed at records.
  • Rob and Raya Zakir: full rewrite. Their four demands and deadline, the escalation list, Rob's unanswered request for Compliance, Derek's dates and TPA explanation, the 1% vs 1.25% post-decant discrepancy; six Meeting log rows; the mail-URI citations moved to History.
  • Mike Knoebel: Role now on file from JT's rep reference (unlicensed associate of Christopher Kolker); Options Report bullet and Meeting log row; History note.
  • Tim Gelling: Snapshot line, Crossover, and Decisions log for the Supabase seat reallocation.

Series updated

  • JT-Derek-Weekly: occurrence 2026-09-03 was already on the page; the record now carries the series slug and the Read.ai and calendar sources. No other change.

New people, confirm tier

  • Brent McGibbon (bmcgibbon@mcgibbon-asset.com) → created in external/McGibbon-Asset_Brent-McGibbon (folder from the sweep registry). Role on file: Financial Consultant/IAR per tcm-compliance-ops.md. That reference lists him with the firm's IARs and a Box notification in the window shows a TCM mailbox for him, so team may be the right tier.
  • Christopher Kolker (chris@christopherleefinancial.com) → created in external/Christopher-Lee-Financial_Christopher-Kolker; added to people.json. Role on file: Financial Consultant/IAR per tcm-compliance-ops.md; personal Box folder "Christopher Lee Financial" and Mike Knoebel as his unlicensed associate per rep-master-codes.md. Same tier question as Brent.

Updates applied

  • None. _inbox\UPDATES.md contains only the five template examples that shipped with the v2 commit; none was treated as an instruction (one of them, "mark the Supabase invite to Derek done", would be wrong today).

Needs JT

  • Three new Derek Zoom recordings in Box have no transcript, so nothing was logged: "2026-09-02 16.31.40 Zoom Meeting with Derek Eichenwald _ Triumph Capital_ Annie Fox" (audio, video, in-meeting chat only), "2026-09-03 11.29.52 RANDY AND DEREK - ZOOM" (audio, video, chat only), and "2026-09-03 15.29.15 Zoom Meeting with Derek Eichenwald _ Triumph Capital_ Vivian Taylor" (still an unconverted .zoom file at window end). Their folder ids were left out of seen so a later transcript upload is picked up. A fourth recording ("2026-09-02 14.58.57 Zoom Meeting with Derek Eichenwald...") was moved by Derek out of the ZOOM MEETING RECORDINGS folder into a dated client folder and was not swept.
  • Post-decant fee rate on the Zakir accounts: Derek said 1.25% in the meeting; JT wrote 1% to Jamar on Teams. The records carry both; Derek needs to confirm which, and from what date.
  • Derek's written explanation to the Zakirs (advisory fee plus bundled TPA costs) is a third baseline narrative alongside the meeting (2% then 1.25%) and the memo (contracted 1% from 2018). Brandon's call before 2026-09-11.
  • Raya's escalation trigger ("end of next week") lands on or about 2026-09-11, the same day as Derek's package. Brandon owes the clients a direct CCO contact and the complaint needs a formal log entry; Brandon was out sick.
  • JT's reply to Jamar's "Potential Complaint" email is an empty draft from 12:42 PM; either send it or close it. An empty draft to Mike Knoebel from 9:21 AM also exists.
  • Chad D. Burnham (CDB Consulting, chad@cdbconsulting.us) copied JT and Derek on a Zoom-invite reminder addressed to "Stephen" at the murph@ mailbox. Scheduling only; no profile created. He appears in a 2025-10-22 Zoom folder name in Box, so he may be worth tracking.
  • Hannah Ferguson is in people.json (hannah@) with no profile folder. Derek's signature lists her as an executive assistant at HannahF@; the registry address may be wrong. She appeared only in Box notifications this window, so no profile was created.
  • JT's reference tcm-compliance-ops.md records roles for Brian Stark and Ryan Cook (Financial Consultant/IAR), Jim Peters (attends the MBTC/investment committee), and Dan Mayer (on the committee roster); their profiles still read "role not on file". Not changed by this sweep because they were outside the window.
  • Derek's MBTC Dividend Model build: the workbook's client-PII status decides whether it can go to GitHub; Derek had not replied to JT's 5:12 PM message by window end.
  • Filename convention: the Zakir email record uses Derek-Zakir-Brandon (the household counted as one name) rather than four first names; say if Team was preferred.

Errors

  • Microsoft Graph returned 429 (Retry-After 62 s) on the first batch of message reads; the sweep waited and retried, and every read succeeded on retry.
  • Teams per-chat scan reported one chat failed to scan (49 of 50 scanned) in each call; the connector does not say which chat.
  • The first searches ran at about 6:20 PM ET, ten minutes before the window end; a second pass over 6:05 to 6:30 PM found nothing new.
  • Nothing was written to Notion; nothing was sent.
